Property Managers
Property Managers at Keystone Grey are responsible for all aspects of the management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of our clients, including the operation and physical condition in accordance with board direction and applicable management contracts. Property Managers are trained to effectively and efficiently communicate in a professional manner with a diverse group of people ranging from condominium board members, unit owners and maintenance staff. As well, they are responsible for managing and overseeing any issues or concerns regarding their portfolio as they arise.
Property Services Coordinators
Property Services Coordinators work hand-in-hand with Property Managers in achieving each property’s operational and financial objectives. They play an integral role in maintaining a standard of excellence attune to the overall goals of both the condominium corporations and Keystone Grey.
Accountants
Keystone Grey has a number of qualified accountants working under the leadership of a fully qualified Controller. The Accountants deal with all functions of accounts payable and receivables as well as monthly preparation of financial statements. On a monthly basis accounting reports are generated for board review and approval. Prior to sending financials for review they are first reviewed by a Chartered Professional Accountant. Our accounting system is tailored specifically for the condominium industry and even provides online statements per unit, that unit owners can review on the secure custom website we provide for each of our properties.
Associations
Keystone Grey is a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta (ACMA). The ACMA is a not-for-profit association representing the condominium community that provides resources and education to its members.
As well, Keystone Grey is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute. This non-profit organization provides condominium education, develops industry standards, offers reference resources to members and seeks to improve legislation for the condominium community in Canada.
